Unless separately negotiated, all work is performed on a Time and Materials basis.
Services are provided at the following rates:
Creative services: Industrial, Graphic, and Web Design - $225/hour;
Production- $158/hour.
Administrative - $158/hour
Clients in good standing, whose accounts are current enjoy a preferred client discount rate equal to 50%of hourly billings.
Invoices will be sent to the Client on a monthly basis and/or after the completion of the project. All invoices are due and payable within 10 days of receipt. Past due accounts will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. No materials produced during the project will be released, and no licenses, copyrights or patents relating to the project will be granted until full payment has been received. A startup (retainer) payment may be requested prior to initiating work on any project, at my sole discretion.
I am an independent contractor, and shall not be deemed to be engaged in a partnership, joint enterprise or employment between myself and the Client. I am responsible for all taxes and required liability insurance, and I agree to indemnify and hold the Client harmless for any claims from any taxing authority resulting from performance of any signed agreement between the Client and myself.
