Briefly:
21stCentury Graphics works on a Time
and Materials basis. Services
are provided at the following rates:
Industrial, Graphic, and Web Design - $100/hour;
Creative services - $200/hour;
Production Artwork - $100 hour.
Administrative - $100 hour
Invoices will be sent to the Client on a monthly
basis and/or after the completion of the project. All invoices
are due and payable within 10 days of receipt. Past due accounts
will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. No materials
produced during the project will be released, and no licenses,
copyrights or patents relating to the project will be granted until
full payment has been received. A startup (retainer) payment may be
requested prior to initiating work on any project, at 21stCentury Graphics'
discretion.
21stCentury Graphics is an independent contractor,
and shall not be deemed to be engaged in a partnership, joint enterprise
or employment between 21stCentury Graphics and the Client. 21stCentury
Graphics shall be responsible for all taxes and required liability
insurance, and agrees to indemnify and hold the Client harmless for
any claims from any taxing authority resulting from performance of
21stCentury Graphics performance of any signed agreement between the
Client and 21stCentury Graphics.
